Talent leaders at AXA Group, our close customer and development partner, have coined the term Knack-a-thon. We liked it and others did too, so we started using it as part of our ver-knack-ular.

Companies, leadership teams, schools and communities launch Knack-a-thons. The idea is simple: people play the games together (in either a brick-and-mortar or virtual space), earn and discover their “knacks”, and share and learn.

Knack-a-thons are great because they bring people together to play games and get to know and understand each other better. It’s a great way to engage your team and employees. For some it’s all about winning, for others about learning.
